RHG Consult Ltd is a management and training consultancy based in the East Midlands. We have established a national presence and a strong reputation for delivering cost effective consultancy and training solutions to the public, private and voluntary sectors. 

We are an Institute of Leadership and Management Accredited Centre with a highly qualified and experienced team of consultants and  trainers who are flexible in their approach to ensure our clients’ needs are always met.  Training needs are assessed in partnership with our clients and we can provide a complete service from design and development of training packages to delivery and evaluation. The delivery method can be selected from a range of options such as, distance or on-line learning, face to face workshops or a blended mixture.

As an approved provider with the Career Transition Partnership we offer a range of training and resettlement advice to serving and retiring Armed Forces personnel.

RHG Consult Ltd has significant experience in helping people gain employment and promotion and improve their skills base. We provide a range of employability skills training and services including CV writing, completing application forms, preparing for interviews and assessment centres.
