    This qualification is for those of you who wish to gain the knowledge, skills and confidence to effectively coach people within your organisation.

    It is also an ideal qualification if you wish to commence a career in coaching

    Delegates will be assessed by the completion of a written assignment, and recording and reflecting on their coaching practice.

    Award – a minimum of 6 hours of practical coaching with tutorial support.

    There are no pre-requisites for this course.
