  • Duration and Cost

    • Certificate4 days£2395 + VATDiploma4 days£2995 + VAT

  • Assessment

    • Delegates will be assessed by the completion of a written assignment, and recording and reflecting on their coaching practice.

      Certificate - a minimum of 20 hours of practical coaching with tutorial support.

      Diploma - a minimum of 60 hours of practical coaching with tutorial support.

  • Pre-requisites

    • It is expected that you would have completed a Level 5 qualification and that you have significant experience of using coaching and mentoring in your work environment.
