Description

The Award and Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring are ideal if you are in your first management role, including being a team leader and first-line manager. They are designed if you have no formal coaching and mentoring training and are seeking to develop the tools, knowledge and confidence to coach people as part of your normal working role.
