I am in the forces so can I use my ELC’s to pay for RHG courses?
Yes, you can use your ELC’s to complete any of our accredited courses at Level 3 and above. If you have any questions about how your ELC’s work you can contact us directly.
I am currently working abroad, can I still study for a qualification?
Whilst you can’t complete an apprenticeship abroad, all of our accredited courses can be done virtually meaning you can complete them where ever you are based.
Do you have set start dates for all your courses?
Currently we do, you can check the dates for each course on the specific course page or using the course calendar. We are developing our GROW academy which is a suite of accredited courses that can be done via distance learning, meaning you can complete accredited courses at your own pace, anytime. News on our GROW academy will be posted on our website in due course.
What is the Levy and can I hire and apprentice if I don’t pay into it?

Do you provide stand-alone functional skills courses?
Yes we have various funding streams however if you do not qualify you can fund functional skills yourself contact us to discuss your circumstances.
Can I get a certificate for non-accredited courses you run?
Yes we offer certificates of attendance for our non-accredited courses and from January 2021 our currently suite of non-accredited courses will become accredited with a CPD certificate.
What are CPD points used for?
CPD stands for Continuing Professional Development and is the term used to describe the learning activities professionals engage in to develop and enhance their abilities. It is important to keep a record of training completed each year to ensure as it shows your current and potential employers that you are a keen and dedicated individual who wants to progress and better themselves at every opportunity. These points can then be recorded kept by an individual is typically called a CPD portfolio.
