The Level 3 NVQ Certificate plays a pivotal role in promoting the benefits of learning, helping individuals to address and overcome the barriers to learning, and supporting them in making realistic and well informed choices.

While there are no educational entry requirements it is expected that the delegate has a job role dealing with clients who require advice and guidance. This could be within a voluntary, charitable, commercial or public organisation
