During your apprenticeship you will learn how to use coaching as a way of leading in a non-directive manner, helping people to learn through deep listening and reflective, open questions rather than instructing, giving advice or making suggestions.

During your apprenticeship you will learn how to use coaching as a way of leading in a non-directive manner, helping people to learn through deep listening and reflective, open questions rather than instructing, giving advice or making suggestions.

12-14 Months Funding Band 12£5000

Apprentices without level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking the End-Point Assessment. For those with an education, health and care plan or a legacy statement, the apprenticeship’s English and maths minimum requirement is Entry Level 3. A British Sign Language (BSL) qualification is an alternative to the English qualification for those whose primary language is BSL.

Multiple choice test, an observation of your coaching practice with question and answer, and a professional discussion supported by a portfolio of evidence.
