World Teachers Day

A collaboration between Selina Chiarelli, RHG Learning Coach and Nathan Lord, RHG Client Relationships and Digital Marketing Assistant.

World Teachers’ Day has been celebrated since 1994, the purpose being to showcase the amazing work that teachers do and discuss the importance of teaching and its benefits. We want to spotlight one of our courses, the level 3 Award in Education and Training.

We’re going to start with a testimonial because we feel this will give you a real insight into the learner experience.

Testimonial:

We are delighted to share a testimonial from a learner William Harper, who completed the Level 3 Award in Education and Training with our learning coach Selina Chiarelli:

‘’The Level 3 AET with Selina was fantastic from start to finish. The course was very learner led, meaning it catered for everyone. It was very engaging, inclusive and most importantly proactive. Personally, after the first day I found it a lot. I am currently going through ADHD diagnosis, and I struggle to sit for long periods of time and I mentioned this to Selina and by day 2 she incorporated more breaks and opportunities to reset.

This course has impacted me massively and has given me the confidence and ability to really develop on a personal and career level. I hope to take this qualification and push on and do something with it, hopefully achieving my CAVA. I have gained more understanding of the theory behind education and training and I have learnt that there is no right or wrong way. Selina really encouraged individuality and didn’t push you into a particular lane and that showed me the strengths and skills I have can make me a great teacher.

I would 100% recommend RHG and Selina. If you want a course that doesn’t feel like a course and gives you empowerment in your role and personal self, then go for it. This is up there with one of the most enjoyable learning experiences I have had! It really ignited passions within myself to a point where it is something that I would like to pursue myself one day in the future.’’
