You’ll develop expertise in quality management systems, auditing and inspection techniques, data analysis, risk management, root cause investigation, and continuous improvement methodologies. These skills enable organisations to reduce waste, improve efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve better business outcomes.
Working closely with operational teams, suppliers, customers, and senior leaders, Quality Practitioners act as champions of quality and governance. They help implement quality strategies, monitor performance, address non-conformances, manage supplier performance, and support compliance with industry standards and contractual obligations.

Apprentices under the age of 19 at the start of their apprenticeship will need to have achieved a level 2 in English and maths prior to EPA.
In addition to your Quality Practitioner apprenticeship you will gain a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and have access to RHG’s GROW Academy.
