    • Undertaking an Extended Period of Effective Coaching or Mentoring within an Organisational Context (Diploma only)
    • Reviewing Own Ability as a Coach or Mentor within an Organisational Context

    They are also ideal for individuals who wish to move into a development role or start a career as a freelance coach or mentor.

    Certificate: 4 days, £1595 + VAT

    Diploma: 4 days, £1995 + VAT

    Delegates will be assessed by the completion of a written assignment, and recording and reflecting on their coaching practice.

    Certificate – a minimum of 18 hours of practical coaching with tutorial support.

    Diploma – a minimum of 54 hours of practical coaching with tutorial support.

    It is expected that you have completed a Level 3 qualification in coaching or mentoring or that you are familiar with using coaching or mentoring in your work environmnet.
