These qualifications are for managers and those with responsibility for effective coaching and mentoring as part of their daily role within an organisational context.

The benefits of these qualifications
Certificate: 4 days, £1595 + VAT
Diploma: 4 days, £1995 + VAT
Delegates will be assessed by the completion of a written assignment, and recording and reflecting on their coaching practice.
Certificate – a minimum of 18 hours of practical coaching with tutorial support.
Diploma – a minimum of 54 hours of practical coaching with tutorial support.
It is expected that you have completed a Level 3 qualification in coaching or mentoring or that you are familiar with using coaching or mentoring in your work environmnet.
