These qualifications are for senior managers or Human Resources (HR)/Organisation Development (OD) professionals who wish to develop their expertise and credibility in the fields of Executive and Senior level coaching and mentoring, or to establish coaching at an organisational level.

Certificate: 4 days, £2395 + VAT
Diploma: 4 days, £2995 + VAT
Delegates will be assessed by the completion of a written assignment, and recording and reflecting on their coaching practice.
Certificate – a minimum of 20 hours of practical coaching with tutorial support.
Diploma – a minimum of 60 hours of practical coaching with tutorial support.
It is expected that you would have completed a Level 5 qualification and that you have significant experience of using coaching and mentoring in your work environment.
