As National Apprenticeship Week (NAW) 2025 draws to a close, RHG is excited to share one final, engaging interview that underscores the immense value of apprenticeships and the skills they foster, leading to exciting career pathways. We’re proud to highlight our homegrown health and safety professionals, Lauren Healey and Chloe Penn, both esteemed alumni of our SHE Technician Apprenticeship programme.

Lauren, who recently transitioned to her new role as a Client Support Officer, took the opportunity to interview Chloe about her journey towards becoming a learning coach with RHG. Their conversation focuses on the skills they’ve developed along the way, perfectly aligning with this year’s NAW theme.
