This qualification is for those of you who wish to gain the knowledge, skills and confidence to effectively mentor people within your organisation.

This qualification is for those of you who wish to gain the knowledge, skills and behaviours to mentor people within your organisation or are looking at starting a career as a workplace mentor. The qualification is ideal for practicing or aspiring team leaders/first line managers who wish to provide a more supportive style of management.

    • Undertaking coaching within an organisational context
    • Reflecting on coaching skills within an organisational context

    This qualification is for those of you who wish to gain the knowledge, skills and confidence to effectively mentor people within your organisation.

    It is also an ideal qualification if you wish to commence a career in mentoring.

    • Understand how mentoring works
    • Learn a recognised mentoring model, and the tools and techniques to support it
    • Put your new skills into practice and carry out supervised mentoring sessions

    Award: 3 days £995 plus VAT

    Delegates will be assessed by the completion of a written assignment, and recording and reflecting on their mentoring practice.
    Award – a minimum of 6 hours of practical mentoring with tutorial support.

    There are no pre-requisites for this course.
