    Typical units you will cover include.

    • Understanding good practice in coaching within an organisational context
    • Understanding good practice in mentoring within an organisational context
    • Undertaking and extended period of coaching or mentoring within an organisational context
    • Reflecting on an extended period of coaching  mentoring skills within an organisational context

    This qualification is for those of you who wish to gain the knowledge, skills and confidence to effectively coach and mentor people within your organisation.

    It is also an ideal qualification if you wish to commence a career in coaching and mentoring.

    Award: 4 days £1195 plus VAT

    Delegates will be assessed by the completion of a written assignment, and recording and reflecting on their coaching or mentoring practice.
    Certificate – a minimum of 12 hours of practical coaching or mentoring with tutorial support.

    There are no pre-requisites for this course.
