As an Associate Management Consultant, you will help organisations solve complex business challenges, improve performance, and shape the future of how they operate. Management consultants work across public, private, and not-for-profit sectors to drive sustainable growth, deliver digital transformation initiatives, and support strategic business change.

As an apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience delivering consultancy projects across industries including financial services, healthcare, technology, and the public sector. You will develop in-demand consulting skills through business research, data analysis, insight generation, and the development of practical, evidence-based solutions that create value for clients.

Working alongside experienced consultants, senior leaders, and subject matter experts, you will contribute to project delivery, stakeholder engagement, business presentations, report writing, and project planning activities. You will develop skills in risk management, project coordination, progress tracking, and communicating recommendations that support informed business decisions.

This dynamic and collaborative role requires curiosity, adaptability, and strong problem-solving capabilities. You will also gain experience using digital collaboration platforms, business intelligence tools, and AI-enabled technologies to improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and identify new opportunities for organisational improvement.

As your career progresses, you will have opportunities to specialise in organisational development, workforce planning, process improvement, operational consulting, business transformation, or strategic advisory services.
