September 2026 Diversity, Wellbeing & Environment Calendar

September has a unique feeling about it. As the seasons begin to change and the summer holidays draw to a close, many of us find ourselves embracing new routines, setting fresh goals and looking ahead with renewed energy. Traditionally associated with returning to school, college or university, it is a month that celebrates learning, growth and the excitement of new beginnings. At RHG, September is always a special time as we welcome new cohorts of learners embarking on their development journeys, taking the next step towards achieving their personal and professional ambitions.

This month’s Diversity, Wellbeing & Environment Calendar reflects that spirit of progress and opportunity. Throughout September, we explore a range of important dates that encourage us to value the diverse talents around us, champion inclusion, support wellbeing and protect the world we share. From recognising the role of talent acquisition professionals and celebrating National Inclusion Week, to raising awareness of mental health, equal pay and accessible communication, these observances remind us that learning is not confined to the classroom. Every day brings opportunities to deepen our understanding, strengthen our connections and create workplaces and communities where everyone can thrive.
