July 2026 offers organisations a range of opportunities to support diversity, inclusion, wellbeing, sustainability and skills development. By recognising awareness campaigns such as Plastic Free July, Disability Pride Month, South Asian Heritage Month and International Self-Care Day, employers can create meaningful conversations, strengthen employee engagement and demonstrate their commitment to a positive workplace culture. As a B Corp, RHG is also proud to support Plastic Free July, a global movement encouraging individuals and organisations to reduce plastic waste through simple everyday actions. Employers can use the campaign to raise awareness of sustainability, support ESG goals and encourage environmentally responsible workplace practices, such as reducing single-use plastics, increasing recycling and promoting reusable alternatives.
