“Supporting people, strengthening communities and protecting our planet”
As we move into August, many colleagues, learners and employer partners will be enjoying the summer period, with schools and colleges on holiday across much of the UK. It is often a month associated with rest, family time and outdoor activities, making it an ideal opportunity to promote wellbeing, inclusion and environmental awareness. August also brings a number of high-profile sporting events that inspire teamwork, resilience and achievement, including international cricket fixtures, major athletics competitions across Europe and the start of the 2026/27 football season – yes, it’s back again already! These events provide excellent opportunities to celebrate diversity in sport, encourage active lifestyles, and highlight the importance of equal opportunities and participation for all.
At RHG Consult, as a B Corp-certified organisation and training provider, August offers a chance to connect learners, employers and colleagues with themes that align closely to social value, equality, environmental responsibility and personal development. This month we have alighted on dates that reinforce our commitment to creating positive impact for people, communities and the planet.
NEW dates have been added to the GROW Academy workshops but spaces are filling up, so be sure to secure your place – Virtual Workshops – RHG (rhgconsult.co.uk)
