February.
Some might see this as the bleakest, coldest, hardest month to get through, although of course it is also the shortest, so at least the hardship is short lived.
But of course it also marks the month for red roses, pancakes……..and National Apprenticeship Week.
6th – 12th February 2023 – This years theme is “Skills for Life”
Here at RHG we will be marking National Apprenticeship Week with some awards, nominated and voted on by our Learning Coaches.
NUS cards will be awarded to Learners nominated in the categories below:
Category 1 – A learner who is exceptional all round, on or ahead of progress, hours, produces great work and is keen and motivated
Category 2 – A learner who has kept on keeping on, and is doing ok, despite of …
Category 3 – A learner who makes continuous effort with their CPD (e.g., attending our GROW Academy courses)
You will be able to read inspiring words from those nominated and their coaches over the course of National Apprenticeship Week but as a taster here’s what Luke Adney-Jones said about his apprenticeship:
Thinking about your own apprenticeship, what would you say ‘Skills for Life’ means to you? |
Being equipped with invaluable skills that will benefit me professionally, in volunteering, and in my personal life, for the rest of my life. |
In the meantime our GROW Academy is offering some really engaging and relevant workshops over the coming weeks, so check out the dates for Introduction to Project Management, Presenting With Confidence and Report Writing Techniques on the link below and register for your free place.
