As an apprenticeship learning provider, the big event in February for RHG, is National Apprenticeship Week.

The week aims to promote and celebrate apprenticeships, alongside the learners, employers and facilitators.

We will be talking to our learners through the week and be posting their words on social media, culminating in all of the full interviews being available on our website. So do like, follow and share – links to our social media accounts are at the end of this post.

More good news to celebrate is Business & ManagementApprentice of the Month for January, Lauren Sullivan. Currently undertaking a Bid and Proposal Coordinator apprenticeship, Lauren was nominated for the award by her learning coach, Ella, as a being a high performing apprentice who has produced an impressive portfolio piece or exam/mock result. Congratulations to Lauren!

Safety, Health & Environment Apprentice of the Month for January is Charlotte Holmes. Nominated by her learning coach, Prity, and again producing an impressive portfolio piece. Well done Charlotte.

Part of the way we support our learners through their apprenticeship journey, is to offer targetted half and one day workshops through our GROW Academy.

New for February is the Mastering Effective Communication and Teamwork workshop, run by our learning coach, Laura Pellegrini. This is a great opportunity to pick up tips and techniques to help hone your skills in the workplace.
