New Year’s resolutions are becoming less about depriving yourself of something and more about doing something that enhances your life. Maybe Veganuary is on your list, learning about how a vegan diet can still tick all the food groups needed for a balanced diet. Maybe you are vegan already but want to have a fresh look at what’s available and avoid the much hyped ultra processed foods, after all vegan foods can still fall under this umbrella too.
